Access To Your Data

The media associated with the moments (be it pictures, videos or anything else) you share on Familio is visible only to the people you explicitly decide to share with.

Familio allows you specify a set of people ("Family") you'd like to share your moments with. The people you specified (and only they) can make a moment you shared with them visible to their own Family. If they choose to do so, we'll notify you after the fact by email. The people you define as Family will have access to your personal content. By adding them to your Family in Familio you are granting them permission to copy your content, the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display that content.

You must not add people who are not part of your real Family or close friends of the family to your Family.

Also you and your spouse can post each other’s moments to a set of external sites.

These media files are stored on secure servers and are not accessible to anyone outside your family without your explicit permission.

Our staff has access only to your general details - First name, last name, email, family relations, and general statistics about your usage of Familio which is used to maintain the operation of the service.

If you would like us to help you with any issue that requires us to access your moments, we will send you a link to an online approval form, granting us temporary access to your moments for 72 hours. This access will be automatically revoked after the said period of time or whenever you decide to revoke it online.
